　　我們很多人可能覺得老客戶就放松了警惕，想想對啊，萬一發票之類有錯誤的地方，這樣的話快一點。寄一個國際快遞也要兩三百塊，就幾張白紙沒什么。

　　好了，正好著了老外的道了。他手里有了你的把柄，不出現問題還好，他可能也不是存心要詐騙。但是，一但你沒有和他心意，或者哪次貨出現問題要求賠償的時候。你就等著認栽吧。

　　他可以胡亂的更改你們的內容，付款方式，條款。

　　然后拿著這個去法院告你們，你們一點辦法都沒有。白紙黑字和章都在，你還有什么好說的呢。

　　那么，我們如何委婉的拒絕他的這一要求呢？

　　We treasure you much as a very valuable customer, and always work hard to satisfy you. I have talkedimmediately with our accounting department to apply for the blank invoice發票paper with seal. Unfortunately, I was told that they are not able to release blank invoice paper with seal to me before.

　　A couple of years ago, we have met some problem & caused serious loss because of doing so. Then our BOD held a meeting, and have the policy, not in any way, to send out blank invoice paper with seal. It is our company’s red line, even our General Manager cannot touch it. I would very much appreciate your kind understanding.
