　　About Kia 嘉賓介紹

　　Kiahas been in the F&B industry since his years operating his family business in his hometown of Santa Barbara, where he held the largest retail accounts in the state for all major beer brands. After his Master from the University of Oxford, Kia moved to Brazil to pursue his dream of developing a craft beer brand abroad.

　　Kia多年來一直從事餐飲行業，他曾在家鄉圣巴巴拉經營家族生意，領導了當地最大的服務于所有主流啤酒品牌的零售生意。從牛津大學獲得碩士學位后，他搬到了巴西，開始追求他在國外開發一個工藝啤酒品牌的夢想。

　　He moved to Shanghai in 2012 in order to explore expansion for the Brazilian retail operation, but after further research he decided to follow his true passion of setting up his own brand. Kai's first project was a hit, co-founding the number 1 rated international restaurant in Wuhan (Noi). After parting ways with his previous partners and with limited experience in small scale beer production, he found his next passion project, Shanghai Love. Now, after taking strict control of every process in his business from brewing to branding and everything in between, Kia is steaming ahead at full speed and aims to take his brand across China and beyond.

　　Kia于2012年移居上海，初衷是為了探索他在巴西零售業務的擴張，但進一步研究后他決定追隨自己內心真正的激情所在 - 建立自己的品牌。他隨即做的第一個項目便名聲大噪 - 在武漢聯合創辦了排名第一的國際餐廳Noi。在與之前的合作伙伴分道揚鑣后，盡管在小型啤酒生產方面的經驗有限，他還是創建了如今這個品牌 - 申愛。現在，通過對從醞釀到品牌，以及對過程中所有業務的嚴格控制，Kia正全速前進，為打造全中國甚至國際知名的品牌奮斗。
