在各地不同供需關系驅動下，工業氣體市場10月至今表現各異：華北市場明顯下跌，但許多其它地區在節后反彈回升。

　　Driven by local supply dynamics, industrial gases markets had mixed performances in October to date: Northern China market crumbled,but many others rebounded after the holidays.

　　氣體產品，包括外銷產品的消耗需求在10月上旬節假日期間有所下降。由于“常態化”措施和特別事件的削減效應，華北地區的氣體需求節后進一步萎縮，但其它大多地區的假期影響已經消除，需求基本恢復。

　　Consumption demand for gas products,including merchant products, declined early in October during the holidays. It continues to weaken in Northern China due to sustained and event related additional downward forces, but has reclaimed the holiday drops in most locations.

　　節日期間，許多地方的氣體生產正常，但因缺乏外銷需求，有些地方的廠商關停了一些液化裝置。節后，因幾套大型設備停機，華南一個區域的氣體產品產量有一定程度的下降;由于缺乏需求，華北的液態產品產量下調；而新設備的運行為山東增加了一些產出。月內，華南一些地方的外銷供應收緊；因前期液化裝置停產、液位下降和后來的設備故障等原因，華東部分區域的供應減少；但盡管產量下調，華北的可供量明顯增多。

　　Production of gas products was steady in many places during the holidays, but a few liquefication plants were turned off as requirement for merchant products dived. After the holidays, production dwindled in a part of Southern China when a couple of major plants stopped running; and merchant output has been cut in Northern China due to the lack of demand; but it expanded in Shandong as new capacities started operation. Supply of merchant products tightened in parts of Southern China; and in some areas in Eastern China due to early liquefier shutdowns, lowered inventory, and equipment hiccups later; but products are noticeable more available in Northern China despite reduced output.

　　Merchant markets went in all directions in October, it advanced broadly in Eastern China and some areas in Southern China,but dropped in Northern China.

　　至10月17日，上海的液氧（LO2）價格漲250元/T（35.7%）至950/T，液氮（LN2）升100/T（16.7%）至700/T，液氬（LAr）價格小幅提高50/T（2.3%）后到2200/T。

　　To October 17th, price of liquid oxygen(LO2) added RMB 250/T (35.7%) to 950/T, LN2 hiked 100/T (16.7%) to 700, and liquid argon (LAr) edged 50/T (2.3%) up to 2200/T in Shanghai.

　　10月開頭以來，江蘇的液氧和液氮價格分別上升到了900/T和700/T；浙江液氮價格升至900/T，但液氧和液氬價格分別降到了900/T和2100/T；山東的液氬價格跌至1600/T。

　　Liquid oxygen and nitrogen advanced to 900/T and 700/T respectively in Jiangsu in October; in Zhejiang, liquid nitrogen price rebounded to 900/T, but liquid oxygen and liquid argon skidded to 900/T and 2100/T respectively; and, liquid argon tumbled to 1600/T in Shandong.

　　華北市場整體疲軟。液氧價格下落350/T（22.6%）至1200/T，液氮價格降低150/T（21.4%）至550/T，液氬價格下調100/T（6.7%）至1400/T。

　　Northern China market tanked in October. Liquid oxygen price lost 350/T (22.6%) to 1200/T, liquid nitrogen price was cut by 150/T(21.4%) to 550/T, and liquid argon price dropped 100/T (6.7%) to 1400/T.

　　e-Gas預計一些目前上行市場的上升勢頭將有所減緩或消失，因此，外銷工業氣體市場會在10月后期多顯下降趨勢。

　　e-Gas expect the upward momentum in some of the advancing regions to fade or disappear, therefore merchant industrial gases markets to trend mostly down, later in October.
