　　在裝船日后的4天之內電傳/傳真告知申請人有關裝貨的詳情，包括提單號，日期，船名，貨物的數量，商品名稱，發票金額，信用證號碼，預計開船時間，預計到達時間。

　　8/Beneficiary's certificate certifyting that 01 set of non-negotiable documents has been sent dirctly to the applicant by any express courier within 04 days after shipment date,Copy of express courier's receipt presented.

　　受益人證明書一份，證實一套不可議付的單證已于裝船日后的4天之內通過快遞方式徑直寄給申請人。快遞收據須提交銀行辦理議付。

　　扣除，但這并不等于在未來的支款中對類似不符點的放棄。如果本信用證項下所提示的單證被認定為有不符點，我行會發出拒付通知并留置單證交由你方處理。然而，如果我行在收到你們如何處理的指示之前收到申請人的放棄不符點聲明書，我行將在沒有得到你方允許的情況下放單與申請人而不再進一步接洽你方。

　　特殊要求：但單證寄送我方的時候，請求你方通過可證實的SWIFT(MT799/MT754)或電傳告知我方已寄送單證。如果你方和我行沒有通匯關系，請要求我通匯行證實你方告知。

　　一收到上述告知與本信用證條款完全相符的單證，我行將根據你行指示以信用證上的幣種向你方償付。
