　　諾貝爾文學(xué)獎委員會常任秘書薩拉·達尼烏斯（Sara Danius）說，75歲的迪倫是“英語文學(xué)傳統(tǒng)中的偉大詩人”，她將迪倫的作品與古希臘兩位詩人荷馬和薩芙（Sappho）相提并論。達尼烏斯說，“迪倫詩歌創(chuàng)作已經(jīng)有很多年。但是更主要的一點，把他作詞的歌曲念出來，就像是朗讀詩歌一樣。”
