　　Account Supervisor

　　LOCATION: Shanghai

　　KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

　　·Facilitate communication between external and internal stakeholders to achieve satisfying customer service and prevent service failure

　　·Manage service providers to sustain service quality for customers on behalf of APLL

　　·Allocate carrier space and monitor guaranteed vessel schedule

　　·Liaise coherently with destination teams to clear the supply chain hurdles in global settings

　　·Smooth daily operation and complete daily reports

　　·Coach the team to accomplish target with high morale and evaluate team member’s initiatives and performance

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　·College degree equivalent or above

　　·5-year relevant working experience in shipping/logistics industry

　　·Native Chinese with excellent English skills, both verbal and written

　　·Good interpersonal skills, customer orientation

　　·Familiarity with Chinese Customs regulations

　　·Proven experience in process management

　　·Supply chain knowledge is a plus

　　·Achieve EBIT targets of assigned vertical & region

　　·相關(guān)專業(yè)背景（物流管理、海運、交通運輸、國際經(jīng)濟及貿(mào)易、英語等）或?qū)嵙暯?jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮

　　·大學英語四級及以上，良好的中英文表達能力

　　·熟練的電腦辦公軟件操作技巧

　　·優(yōu)秀的溝通能力和團隊合作能力

　　·每周保證三天的出勤率
